Education and Event Center 

Private Parties, Meetings, Small Events

  • $50 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking, remaining fees are due two weeks in advance
  • Between 10:30 AM & 4:30 PM, rental fees are $60/hour  
    • $40/hour for Friends of the Zoo Members 
  • After hours rental fees are $100/hour (will require special approval) 
    • $80/hour for Friends of the Zoo members. 
  • Rental times include an additional 30 minutes for set-up and clean up at no charge.

Birthday Party Packages available

Zoo Grounds 

After Hours Parties, Company Picnics, Events: 

  • $100 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking; remaining fees are due two weeks in advance
  • Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, rental fees are $150/hour, $125/hour for FOTZ members
  • Zoo exhibits and restrooms will remain open. Access to the visitor center, gift shop and train will be closed unless otherwise specified. Additional amenity fees may apply. 
  • Use of the Education and Event Center can be added on to the grounds rental for an additional $20/hour and $10/hour for FOTZ members. 

Booking Information

All reservations are required 14 days in advance. All rentals will require a signed rental agreement with payment. All after hours scheduling is subject to staffing availability and must be approved by staff.
